Staff Training & Guest Access

We, as the business owners have completed some accessibility training tailored specifically to the tourism and accommodation sector.

While you may not meet us during your stay — as we value guest privacy — your access experience should be as seamless as possible. Room access is via a keypad with large, illuminated numbers and audible beeps, followed by an easy-to-operate lever handle.

Our accessible suites are located on the ground floor, close to the 3.6m-wide accessible car parking bays, with step-free, 870mm wide entrance doors that are lightweight and do not have self-closing mechanisms. Large, high-contrast door numbers help ensure your room is easy to identify.

Accessible road crossing

Navigating Marysville

Marysville is a picturesque mountain village with naturally rolling terrain. While most of our accommodation is fully accessible, Gatehouse, Bloom Cottage, and Flora Spa Studio include steps and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Scenic Marysville is just a short distance from the main street. Recent upgrades to the village footpaths have made it easier to cross roads and explore local cafes, shops, and attractions on foot or with mobility aids.
