Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We offer contactless entry for added convenience — you’ll receive your secure door code within 48 hours, via SMS or email before your arrival.
2. Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early arrivals or late check-outs can easily be added to your booking for a small fee and are subject to availability. Just tick the appropriate box when booking directly online or get in touch with us in advance. Extras like this can only be arranged directly and cannot be added when booking through a third-party channel.

We’re just a short 5-minute stroll from Marysville’s main street, where you’ll find great coffee, boutique stores, and friendly country hospitality.
6. Do you have kitchen facilities in the rooms?
All of our suites include well-equipped kitchenettes with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic utensils — ideal for preparing light meals or snacks during your stay.
There are 3 suites on the ground floor which also include cooktops, whereas Gatehouse and Bloom Cottage have full kitchens catering for those who wish to stay for more than a few nights.
7. Do you allow pets?
We’re animal lovers, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Scenic Marysville to ensure the comfort of all guests.

8. Is Wi-Fi available?
Almost! — NBN Co. have just recently upgraded the infrastructure. We’re just waiting for the green light to connect. Once completed, it is our intention to offer free high-speed Wi-Fi across all rooms and common areas to keep you connected.
9. Do you provide daily housekeeping?
We offer semi-self-contained accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable short stay.
On arrival, your room will be immaculately presented with fresh linen & towels. Room replenishments usually happen for stays longer than 7 nights.
Had a mishap and need an extra towel or bed sheet? Just contact our friendly reception staff who will be happy to address your needs.
10. Are the rooms suitable for guests with limited mobility or seniors?

Yes — we offer free undercover parking (clearance 2.35m), with accessible spaces near the ground-floor suites. There are also uncovered bays just outside for larger vehicles.

Absolutely! Our stylish, self-contained suites are perfect for a relaxing escape with friends or family. There are many suites to choose from so you can enjoy beautiful views, private balconies, and a peaceful setting close to shops, cafés, restaurants, and walking trails.

Yes — Scenic Marysville has two EV chargers for staying guests to use at a small fee of $10 p/night. Just tick the appropriate box when booking directly online.
